Birthwork is revolutionary work.
It asks everything of us—our hearts, our time, our boundaries, our bodies.

Whether you’re brand new to this path or have been walking it for years, mentorship can be the anchor that keeps you grounded, resourced, and evolving. This work is beautiful—but it’s also demanding, emotionally intense, and often isolating.
Who is holding you as you hold others?

I’m Charlotte Brielle—full-spectrum doula, global maternal health advocate, MSW, and the Founder & Executive Director of Wombs of the World. Since 2018, I’ve been building this global movement of birthworkers, educators, and healers who are transforming maternal health through education, community, and hands-on immersion. WotW is my life’s work—my baby I continue to raise—and this mentorship space is an extension of everything I’ve learned from it.

From rural clinics in Tanzania to sitting in ceremonies with Indigenous midwives in Ecuador, I’ve shared countless hours with birthworkers of every background imaginable. Those moments—of witnessing, of exchange, of sisterhood—have shaped me as a mentor. And they shape the way I hold space for you.

Mentorship with me is rooted in justice, built with ancestral wisdom, and guided by real-world experience. It’s equal parts sacred and strategic. I bring a background in social work (with a focus on maternal mental health, grief, and birth justice) as well as deep knowledge in branding, web design, ethical marketing, and AI-powered systems. That means I’m here to support both your emotional integration and your digital visibility.

Whether you’re launching your practice, transitioning into leadership, or navigating the emotional toll of holding space for others—this is where you come to align, grow, and lead.
This is not just professional development.
This is personal. This is political. This is revolutionary.
Is Mentorship For You?
You’re already doing sacred work
But sometimes, that work feels daunting, isolating, or unobtainable.
You completed your training… but now what?
You’re passionate, ready, and deeply called to this work—but actually getting started feels overwhelming. You’ve been waiting for the right moment to launch, but it keeps slipping away. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in the swirl of...
-
Imposter syndrome
-
How do I start finding my clients?
-
A lack of experience
-
No website, no Instagram strategy, no clear brand
-
And that lingering question: Who am I as a doula, really?
Or maybe you’ve been quietly doing this work for years
You've been supporting friends, showing up in community spaces, volunteering when you can. You love it. You’re good at it. But now it’s time to step more fully into your role. You want to professionalize your practice without losing the heart of it.
Maybe you’re deep in it. Years of holding space.
And now, you’re tired. Burned out. Beat up by systems that don’t see you. You’re craving a reset—a space to be witnessed, to reimagine your work from a place of wholeness.
Or maybe what you really want is more learning—on your terms.
You’re hungry for deeper skills: grief and loss, abortion support, reproductive justice, supporting birth in marginalized communities, how to create ceremonies etc. But you don’t want another expensive, one-size-fits-all training. You want personalized guidance. Tailored mentorship. Space to ask real questions and receive thoughtful, experienced answers.
If any of this sounds familiar, you might be wondering:

-
How do I actually begin—without a perfect brand, a big following, or all the answers?
-
What’s the next right step to turn this calling into a practice that feels good and grounded?
-
How do I grow without abandoning my values—or myself?
-
Is it possible to be both of service and supported?
-
Can I do this in a way that honors my capacity, my voice, and the communities I care about?

Then yes.
This mentorship is for you.

Let’s start where you are—and build from there.
FAQs
Do I have to be a full-time doula to work with you?
Not at all. Many mentees are juggling caregiving, jobs, or side gigs while growing their practice.

Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale?
Yes. Equity is important to me. Just reach out and we’ll figure out a structure that works.

Do you offer packages?
Absolutely. Many folks start with a single session and grow into a track. You can always shift as your needs evolve. You can get a discount if you book 3 or 6 sessions at a time. Reach out I will tell you all about it.

Is this mentorship only for doulas?
Nope. I work with midwives, lactation counselors, perinatal advocates, abortion doulas, nonprofit leaders, healers, social entrepreneurs, educators, and more. If your work centers birth, justice, or healing—you’re welcome here.
